『軍事研究』2009年一月号連載：『ロシア軍の再興と実力(２)』 ロシア軍・国防省改革の現状
（江畑謙介） によれば，教育機関の数も削減され，現在15もある仕官候補生学校は6つに，軍大学は4つから1つに，46ある研究所や専門学校(カレッジ)は，3つの教育センターに集約されるとのこと．

には，軍事アカデミーの統廃合が着々と進んでいますよという話があります．
1:21辺りで答弁しているのは国防次官・秘書官，ニコライ・パンコフ上級大将です．
05年より現職で，人事・教育担当．
国境警備隊から国防次官まで出世した方だそうです．

【質問】
フルンゼ軍大学でググっててフルンゼ名称軍大学って単語が出てきたんですが，この「名称」ってなんですか？
意訳すればフルンゼ記念軍大学，とかそんな感じになるんですかね？
確かにソ連･ロシアの設計局とかのサイトを機械翻訳にかけると，「何とかかんとか
of the name of 人名」ってのをよく見かけるんですが…

【回答】
ソ連軍事アカデミーに列する大学で，フルンゼの名誉称号を受けています．
まあ，ソ連部隊でいう「親衛」みたいなものです（笑）
ちなみにフルンゼの上には，ヴォロシーロフ記念参謀本部軍大学（最高学府）があるです．
旧ソ連については，これが判りやすい解説かも？

ソ連における軍事教育機関は，将校養成のための140校の 士官学校・高等士官学校があり，さらに高級専門教育のため 17校の軍大学が設けられ，参謀本部大学はその頂点に 位置づけられる最上級機関で，入半資格も佐官級以上とされている．
これらの軍大学は，専門的軍事教育のほか，米国でのランド研究所のようなシンクタンクの活動も併せおこなっている．
なかでもこの参謀本部大学は，参謀本部と連携して，新たな軍事ドクトリンの開発・軍事戦略の研究で中心となっている“研究機関”である．
革命時の労農赤軍参謀本部大学が1921年，陸軍大学に改称され（さらにフルンゼ記念陸軍大学へと改称〉 ，1930年代初頭に 設置された陸軍大学卒業生のための高級過程を母体として， 1936年開設されたこの大学は今日，
「国防省中央機構と参謀本部， ソ連軍全軍種の大兵団，兵団において勤務する将校を養成する」
任務を付与されており，'現代兵術の最重要問題の解決’ のための研究・分析をおこなっている．

どうみても軍隊です本当にありがとうございました
「summer military camp or a cadet school.」と言って，貧困家庭やアルコール中毒に犯されている親から子供を孤児院に送る代わりに，ここで訓練や勉学に励む．
週末には家に帰れるらしいですね．
訓練は実戦的，しかも宿題も膨大に出るので(笑)，ここを出る頃にはとても優秀な人間になるらしいとのこと．
こうしてみるとロシアでは軍の影響力って大きいのだなぁと実感出来ます．

ベレー帽は単なるクラス分けみたいな感じで，特に意味はないと思われる．
所々にGRUのマークがあるが，これは単なるサービスであろう．
動画を見る限りでは，実戦的な訓練と生活が体験でき，また年齢や体力に余裕があれば空挺降下も可能．
軍の力の入れようが理解できますね．
日本で同じようなことをやってみたら，どんな反応があるのやら(笑)
